Is the $247 bundle a one-time purchase or a subscription?
The $247 Complete Bundle is $247 for the first year, then renews annually at $199/yr. Your renewal keeps your map access active and includes all quarterly updates. You can cancel anytime — if you cancel, your map access continues until the end of your current billing period.

3. The eBay Seller's Starter Guide — Covers lot evaluation, listing optimization, pricing strategy, and shipping best practices for liquidation resellers on eBay.

Map & Access
How do I access the map after purchasing?
When you complete your purchase, a customer account is created automatically using your email address. Log in to your account at liquidationsuppliers.com/account and navigate to the Members page — your map access unlocks automatically once you're logged in as a verified purchaser.
What devices does the map work on?
The map works on any modern web browser — desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone. For the best experience we recommend using it on a desktop or laptop where you can see the map and supplier list side by side. Mobile access is fully supported but the layout adjusts to a stacked view on smaller screens.
How does the zip code search work?
Enter your zip code and select a search radius (100, 250, or 500 miles, or Nationwide). The map instantly filters to show only suppliers within that distance, sorted by nearest first. Each result shows the supplier's name, address, phone number, website, inventory categories, pricing range, and walk-in policy. Click any pin on the map or any card in the results list for full details.
I purchased but the map is still showing as locked. What do I do?
Make sure you are logged in to your customer account — the map requires an active login to verify your purchase. Go to liquidationsuppliers.com/account and sign in using the email address you used at checkout. If you're still seeing a locked screen after logging in, contact us using the form below and we'll get it sorted within 1–2 business days.
Suppliers & Vetting
How are suppliers vetted before being added to the directory?
Every supplier in this directory has been researched and verified by the founder — a 10-year liquidation industry veteran who has personally purchased from many of the suppliers listed. Vetting includes verifying physical addresses, confirming operating status, reviewing independent buyer feedback, checking BBB profiles, researching community presence, and evaluating pricing transparency. Suppliers with fraud complaints, closed operations, or insufficient track records are excluded.
How often is the directory updated?
The supplier map and directory are updated quarterly. Updates include adding newly vetted suppliers, removing suppliers that have closed or been disqualified, and refreshing pricing and contact information as it changes. All active members receive access to the updated map automatically — no additional purchase required.
Why are some suppliers listed as disqualified?
Six suppliers were researched and removed before this directory was published. Knowing who to avoid is just as valuable as knowing who to buy from. The full bundle includes documentation of removed suppliers so members know exactly who not to work with — saving you from potentially costly mistakes.
Can I suggest a supplier to be added to the directory?
Yes — use the contact form below and select "Suggest a supplier for the directory." Include the supplier's name, website, and any personal experience you have with them. All submissions go through the same vetting process before being considered for inclusion.

Because this is a digital product with instant access, all sales are final. We stand behind the quality of the directory and seller guides — if you have a specific issue with your purchase, contact us using the form below and we'll work with you to resolve it.

Do the seller guides get updated?
The eBay and Whatnot Seller's Guides are updated periodically as platform policies, best practices, and sourcing strategies evolve. Bundle purchasers receive updated versions at no additional cost.
