CANCELLATION POLICY

This Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription products offered by Liquidation Suppliers, including the Complete Liquidation Reseller Bundle and the 1-Year Map Membership.
 
1. OUR SUBSCRIPTION PRODUCTS
 
Complete Liquidation Reseller Bundle
$247 for the first year — renews automatically at $199/year. Includes the Interactive Supplier Map, full 25-supplier directory, Whatnot Seller's Guide, and eBay Seller's Guide.
 
1-Year Map Membership
$199/year — renews automatically each year. Includes the Interactive Supplier Map and full 25-supplier directory. Seller guides not included.
 
By purchasing either product, you authorize Liquidation Suppliers to charge your payment method on a recurring annual basis until you cancel.
 
2. HOW TO CANCEL
 
You may cancel your subscription at any time using either of the following methods:
 
- Through your account — log in at liquidationsuppliers.com/account, navigate to your active subscriptions, and select Cancel.
- By contacting us — submit a cancellation request at liquidationsuppliers.com/pages/contact. Include the email address associated with your account and we will process your cancellation within 1–2 business days.
 
We recommend cancelling at least 3 days before your renewal date to ensure processing is complete before the next charge.
 
3. WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CANCEL
 
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You will retain full access through the date your subscription was paid through.
- At the end of your billing period, your member access will be revoked.
- Downloadable products purchased as part of your bundle remain yours to keep.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation takes effect.
 
4. RENEWAL REMINDERS
 
We will send you an email reminder before your annual renewal date. It is your responsibility to ensure your account email is current and that renewal reminder emails are not filtered to spam.
 
5. FAILED PAYMENTS
 
If your renewal payment fails, we will notify you by email. You will have a brief grace period to update your payment information before access is revoked. To update your payment method, log in to your account or contact us for assistance.
 
6. REFUNDS ON CANCELLATION
 
Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately, we do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period. When you cancel, your access continues through the end of your current paid period.
 
If you were charged in error after successfully cancelling, contact us within 7 days and we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
 
7. REACTIVATING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
 
If you cancel and later decide to reactivate, you can purchase a new subscription at the then-current price. Reactivation is treated as a new subscription.
