These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website at liquidationsuppliers.com, including all products, digital content, and membership services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Liquidation Suppliers.
By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. PRODUCTS AND DIGITAL CONTENT
Liquidation Suppliers offers the following digital products:
- The Complete Liquidation Reseller Bundle — includes the Interactive Supplier Map, the Insider's Liquidation Supplier Directory, the Whatnot Seller's Guide, and the eBay Seller's Guide.
- The 1-Year Map Membership — access to the Interactive Supplier Map and Supplier Directory only.
- The PDF Supplier Directory — a downloadable PDF edition of the supplier directory.
- Free Preview — a complimentary sample of the supplier directory at no charge.
All digital products are delivered electronically. Upon completing a purchase, access is granted immediately through your customer account.
3. MEMBERSHIP AND SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Complete Bundle and the 1-Year Map Membership are subscription products that renew annually. By purchasing a subscription product, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring annual basis.
- The Complete Bundle is billed at $247 for the first year and renews at $199/year thereafter.
- The 1-Year Map Membership is billed at $199/year.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Upon cancellation or failed renewal, your member access will be revoked.

Because all products are digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued except in the following circumstances:
- You were charged in error or duplicate charges were made to your account.
- You did not receive access to the purchased product within 24 hours and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
5. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the purchased content for your own internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Share, distribute, resell, or make the content available to any third party.
- Reproduce or create derivative works based on the content.
- Share your account login credentials with any other person.
- Use the content to create a competing product or service.
- Scrape or systematically extract data from the Interactive Supplier Map.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
6. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION AND DISCLAIMER
The supplier directory and interactive map are compiled based on research conducted by the author. While we make every reasonable effort to verify supplier information, we cannot guarantee the ongoing accuracy of any information contained in our products. Suppliers may close, change their policies, or alter their pricing at any time without notice.
Reference to specific suppliers, retailers, or brands is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement or affiliation. All trademarks referenced are the property of their respective owners.
All content on this Site and within our products is the intellectual property of Liquidation Suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Liquidation Suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our products or services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. THE LIQUIDATION EXCHANGE
The Liquidation Exchange is a forthcoming feature of this Site. When available, additional terms will be published and incorporated into these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. No refund will be issued in the event of termination for violation.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ohio.
